First of all, we thank for your interest in our institution during the course of our partnership. We gladly inform you that we will be receiving applications for the 2016-2017 academic year exchanges between the dates of 21st March - 10th April 2016.
Amendments have been made with regard to 2016-2017 Academic Year Exchange Programme criteria and Codes of Practice of Turkish Council of Higher Education, the responsible institution for the Programme. These amendments introduce quotas for several countries and/or education fields, and they are included in attached documents.
We kindly ask for your attention on principles and codes in the attached documents as well as our criteria specified hereunder. Please be informed that applications, which do not conform to such criteria or codes, will be deemed invalid.
For student selection;
● A minimum of 2.50/4.00 grade point average for Bachelor’s degree students, and
● A minimum of 3.00/4.00 grade point average for Master’s and PhD students are required.
For academic staff selection;
● The application form, present in attachments, needs to be filled out completely.
Any document received after 10th April 2016, the deadline for applications, will not be processed.
You are expected to submit the applications as student and staff placement lists in excel format provided to your institution. Please fill out the information in full and as required on the form.

Highly important note: Our university’s education and training language is Turkish, with some courses taught in English in several departments. Please duly guide your students, who give a preference for our university, to view programme content at www.ebs.sakarya.edu.tr/en.
